In the previous board, some people had some wierd assumptions about bandits. Well lets clear that up.

Bandits are basically like a combo class.


Pickpocket+savage blow
pickpocket gives a sixty percent chance of the enemy dropping a small amount of mesos everytime you hit it. Since savage blow is a six hit attack, that is about 4 coins dropped. ** thats a lot of mesos when savage blow is such a fast attack

Pickpocket+meso explosion
Meso explosion does large damage on small amounts of mesos but the damage increase slowly when the amount of mesos is increased (eg. 35 mesos 200 dmg 50k mesos 45k dmg) **you DO NOT have to manually drop mesos to blow them up.

Assaulter is considered the second coolest attack after meso explosion.
It teleports you to the nearest platform and stuns the enemy. Basically this stunner allows you to have time to set up the mesos needed for M.E. ** the stunner is more important than the damage

Thieves is another skill that is not really well documented. Even i am not very sure how this skill works. According to some videos i have seen, you activate the skill and hit the monster, then 5 thieves pop up and hit monsters. It will always be five thieves so if there are 3 monsters 5 other thieves will still pop up and hit the monsters. Not sure whether that works on one monster (I think it should) but the percentage of damage is really incredible. 1260% damage done every HALF a second. THATS equivalent to 100+ hits in 4 secs.

Meso guard is also a very useful skill that allows you to hunt monsters many lvls higher than you. It takes half the damage taken from you and a percentage of that damage is charged directly to your mesos.

Chakra is quite useful as it allows quick recovery of hp with very little mp cost, but the fact that you have to be below half hp and that you stop healing when something hits you and the long cast time makes it too hassling.

Overview:

Bandits are a class that simply have to train on high lvl mobs to fully utilise their skills. To actually use meso explosion you nid to savage blow the monster about 5 times then blow up the mesos. The point is you need to keep the monster alive long enough to blow him up. For that to happen that monster has to have high hp and def thus it should be many lvls above you.

Although chief bandits may pale in comparison to some classes like dragon knights (they own everyone's butt just admit that and live with it) and perhaps bowmen/xbowmen, they are not weak like some people proclaim.

Kamarii

Actually Bowman/Xbowman's third job advancement is considered the best two classes of all the third jobs. Almost every tip site I have been on and nearly every guide I have read state that it is true. If only I could see what their skills were that made them so great. It must be like incredibly damaging mob attacks. Oh anyway, this is a nice little piece of information that you have compiled here. I am going for the chief bandit and am looking forward to using these skills.

ur thing about chief bandits is totaly wrong. for one theifs, only attacks one monster to one theif it doesent multiple hit it.

i have other reasons not to be said.
