and its a fact that in asia or should i jus say korea has more low budget, low quality games more than the high budget, high quality ones.

I'm sorry but you also fail. If you are trying to correct someone else based on his 'grammer' grammar, and try to act intelligent, I would probably try to use periods and commas instead of ... and recheck my spelling.
