tEXT MMORPG WITH PICTURES

i am looking for a text mmorpg maker that will be extremly simple(im a beginner). but i want to be able to add mant skills like woodcutting to it and it must have a chat system. I would also like for it to let me put pictures in like the game kingdom of loathing or syrnia.:eek: :cool: :o

>.> a TEXT MMORPG with PICTURES. Ur not likely to find a "Maker" you'd have to write it all urself. Other options are to use ascii art in the text game for maybe a logo and stuff but pics not likely to find.... If your going the ascii art way look for a MUD codebase...

I would suggest searching the word PHP in google. It is a programming language that you see almost every website made with. Also HTML

. Those are going to be your two basics, but for a text based game with pictures (such as a map) you will need XML, Javascript and a few others if you want a smooth good looking game.

Um.. yea PHP & MYSQL are a great combo and good first programming language experiance, i suggest going to your local library and getting "PHP & MYSQL FOR DUMMIES". It helped me out great and now im programming real online game (not browser based or playerworlds :P)
