A guild will defend a castle while other guilds will rush in and try to reach your emprium room. Its a crytal that if destroyed the attacking guild will now own the castle.
It is quite massive depending if you play actual Iro |

it gets more massive when "RPC" starts in pRO thats Ragnarok Philippine Championship thats when guild members get more active b4 there was 4 guilds in one castle including the Extensions 3 guilds vs. our guild we got destroyed

oh ok...
the truth if you have tax..you will have a hard time leveling 1 year ago my swordie in IRIS server..is Job level 30 has a guild full of tax it seems...my friend is a leader....hasnt been online he left me with the guild soon..few months later i decided to have an advice from another ro players.. they said If you had a tax..you will have hard time leveling soon i made a right decision a monk gave me a right decision and joinhis guild now there goes..i have a Job level 35 swordsman..now stucked in Einbroch sob how can i fight Metallings!!! my bash isnt level 10 it is level 7 Help!!!

Tax isn't noticeable if it's just like 1 or 2% like most guilds default tax. But yeah, only the dedicated taxers or level 99 people will have 50% tax or something like that.
In WoE, it's not that hard to break the emp by yourself if you're EDP Assassin Cross with an ice pick and a main gauche with 2 orc skeleton cards and 2 desert wolf cards. Rapes the emperium in like. 5 seconds. But yeah, hiding>slow asura. If you're trying to get the cast off, any class with access to hiding or just using a hiding accessory can use hide while you're casting asura and you'll completely miss and still lose all your sp so it's not that good of an idea to have little dex. Strong asura damage, though  |

which is WHY only a smart champion would ruwach BEFORE he asuras.

If they use Ruwach, there's still a brief moment when the person hides to stay in the hiding state before the ruwach makes them appear again. But yeah, Ruwach makes it harder to avoid, but it's not impossible.
