Ok, we can keep talking about this... But it really won't help much so I am going to take one swing at this and then lock it.

Yes, Moderators can be banned while they are still on staff. Vendayn and Fenix are proof of that statement. The only way you can be banned while on staff is if you do something extremely unforgivable.

Saint had resigned before he was banned. Therfore he was a regular member and Gabe felt the need to ban him by his post he made as a regular member.

If you don't agree with it... wells that too bad. Don't know what to tell ya there buddy. Get down off your cross, use the wood to build a bridge, and get over it...

Questioned answer, so no need for more discussion.
