for a "death metal band" you guys sound like a BM band(although i only heard one song which was voice of my insanity)especially with those vocalswhich i have to say are pretty good (although sounds a little to forced, he needs to relax a bit)and that guy belongs in a BM band (reminds me of myself and a friend).

As for the name, good luck with that, everything is taken and there will always be more than one band with the same name.

The first band i was in we played with no name (which was funny because when it was our turn on stage they would just say heres the next band or now some no name band, and we just go up and play not mentioning a name at all)and it stayed like that all the way till we disbanded.

I still go nameless on current projects although i havent played a show in awhile.
I suggest maybe something in a different language, russian ,nordic, or latin.
