Yes they can. Even if you use peerguardian they will still get you. I have gotten about 6 of those from my isp so far i ignore them.

Weird. I basically download dozens of PS2 and PC games every day, and I've yet to get one of those. I'm on Comcast, too.

That's why you do it the (almost) untrackable way, get a trial program and a cracker.

but seriously, though, if you intend to do somthing that breaks the law, make sure you don't do somthing that could hurt the product.

also, that guy who downloaded BF2 must have been an idiot, because anyone knows you can't play online without an origanal key; and even so, the ket is loged when someone creates a new account.

Eh, I DL'd BF2142 too. Too lazy to buy it, and there'll probably be a private server crack like with BF2 eventually.
