Details - Has a false(is bionic allowed) left eye, he lost the real one in a fire-fight against rebellion forces at the age of 19.
History - DC had been in the Morzic military for the past six years, fallowing his "parents", and had numerous encounters with the rebel fighters before joining the rebellion himself. He joined the rebellion after watching a rather brutal public execution of a rebel leader four years ago. He heard the man shout something-or-other about "freedom" before he died, causing DC to wonder what "freedom" truly was. He then sought-out a local cell of the rebellion, and joined them there, feeding them information on new weapons in development.

DC sat down at his assigned table in the mess-hall, and stared lazily at the slop they tried to pass-off as food. He poked at-it for awhile, wondering just what it was really made of, before pinching his nose closed, and eating. He continued to do this each bite, because the food was horrible, and it was even worse in the military. After he had finished his slop, he headed out of the mess-hall, and to a nearby guard tower. His shift started in a few minutes, and he needed to be there on time to keep anybody from suspecting him of current mission, cutting power to the flood light on his tower, allowing for a rebellion contact to leave him the information for his next job. He had gone through many contacts since joining the rebellion, some that had gotten too fool-hardy and gotten themselves killed, others that had gone missing; sadly, it was better that way, as it eliminated suspicion of a rebel spy in the base, making it seem simply like a foolish attempt by some rebel fool. Each time they left information on his next mission, and where the next note would be after mission completion.
