I have this problem in tutorial for my lion char..I'm stuck at this quest that has to require a drill and i didnt get one, is this a glitch? O yea and when i skip the tutorial I end up with no drill and in the city that has monsters like lvl 7

Lmao, the paper cards are usualy around the NPC who gave you the quest.
