Set your non-unicode language to korean. Go to Control Panel > Date, Time, Region Options > Region and Language Options > Go to the Advanced tab and where it says Language for non-Unicode programs, put Korean into the dropdown menu then click Apply.

The game will now work fine. You might have to install some form of korean font pack if you haven't already.
