do u have to go out to the store to buy the game? or do u buy the game online? i dont even know if it is free, cause i cant find anywhere on the site to download it so..anyone help me?

You have to get an invitation to play, They send you the download site when they invite you. Its going to be f2p with cash shop when it launchs.
