lvl 10

Staff

at lvl 112 what i am now my stats are

Str:5
Dex:4
Vit:10
Int42

Atk 18-22
Matk 100-103
Def 26

now i gather thats preety screwed up for a battle mage since now ive decided to do that

what should i do now..leave int and pump str and dex?

i don't think you can create a battlemage in this....i can see a version of the mage that can take more hits with a 2:2 ratio or 3:1 but I don't think having a mage going melee is a good idea....

whats the staff there for then its got more atk than fan for a reason

I agree that making a battle mage is not going to work in this game..
I have a lv 11 staff taoist too and whenever I try to atk a monster with it they dodge >_<''

iono about the staff but stick with the fan, you're a mage after all. you can use magic, so abuse it!

triple kill u need str and mastery to stop getting dodge i dont get it any more..just hit low for 30..need to improve my str

Well, I am lv 14 now..

My ice do 140-145's to Mantis
My palm do 120-125's to Mantis
My staff do 20...

And besides if you want str and int then you have low vit, and being half melee you will need to get close to monsters and take insane dmg.

so in the end you ganna do crappy dmg range and melee wise b/c you have to split your stats 3 ways (int vit and str)

allrite ill just stick with staff then and pump int and maybe a lil str here an then
