1.What stats does Sin put? Is it Dex and Vit? I heard people say put Dex and Int instead of Vit, Because they run out of mana very quickly.

2. Where do you get stars for Sin? (Deeply Sorry for asking stupid questions >.<)

1. You can go pure dex sin: These guys are mainly for pve situations, since they have low def and hp or you can go with a 3:1/2:2 dex and vit, this is for the pvp since you will have a decent amount of def and hp.
NEVER EVER PUT ANY POINTS INTO INT!

Popular builds for assassins

1 vit 3 dex
1 str 3 dex
All dex

For all, no int at all.
Stars can be looted from monsters easily. Just buy 1 thousand at the start. (cheapest)

well i go dex then a lil vit if i get hit alot, but few darts then use all your loots

Don't be shy to ask warriors or claw thieves or anyone for stars if you run short.
