40-50 stam for all classes is good and 2 stamina earrings+6 on top of that will make you good at pvp. All other points into inteliigence if u are a mage. And dex and strenght if u are a warrior class. This does not work with knights as they need MORE stamina than any other stat but for BP, Jester, Ranger, Blade it works.

I don't think an AoE bp needs dex. Skills always hit.
