See those red arrows? How the hell do I get them?
I got the other 3 skills with the B inside but not the other 3

So, how to I get them?

those skills are not out/made yet...
windysoft promise to release those skills on the korean server last year....they havnt even did it yet....i lost faith in this game >_<
