It was Peter's schoolmate, if I remember correctly (going by the cartoon). They fought in a bell tower (I think it was Spiderman and the symbiote) and spidey fell off the tower, but the symbiote started to drip and run down the web that the guy was tied into, and just took over his body while he screamed in pain with the web in his mouth.

It was Peter's dad's colleague's son. Lol.

Now I'm wondering - When is Arana entering the series? And who's going to do her part?

Venom is an awesome villain. It's awesome when Spidey and Venom go against Carnage.

Godamit I CAN'T WAIT TILL THIS MOVIE COMES OUT! Spiderman has always been a past-time favourite cartoon series of mine, and I always enjoyed watching it. The movies are amazing too!

Gotta love the alien symbiote suit. It's my favourite Spidey-suit(the Octopus one is also kick-***, and the metal one)! Hehe... I hope they make a 4th movie, with Carnage in it... but that's probably not going to happen. Movies rarely ever stretch that far.

Ah well, a man can dream...

Okay, here's the story of the alien symbiote and how it got to Spiderman. Well, ORIGINALLY the alien symbiote suit got attached to Spiderman during a fight in space with the Fantastic 4, and yeah. Then, he gets it off by ringing the bells at a church, using the sound waves to get the alien symbiote to detach from the suit. It drips down into the church while Spiderman goes away, and it so happens that Eddie Brock (forgot his relation to Spiderman) was there at the same time. It attaches to him and yay, he turns into Venom!

In the movie though, they couldn't possibly show the space battle without making another movie, so they're obviously going to change the way the alien symbiote suit attaches to Parker's suit. The church thing is definitely happening since it was shown

Now I would tell the story of Carnage but me and I forgot who (forgive me Spiderman-guru) already had a good chat about this on some old thread, so yeah.

I've never really seen any of the cartoons relating to Carnage, any one mind shedding a little light?

Also, what was that hunter guy's name?
