The best game you could ever have is a relationship with a girl. Or boy, depends on your gender or sexual tendencies.

Ah FF Online you say? now your talking one of my games.

FF Online is very much a grind...in fact, it's pretty much all your doing but it has advantages.

1:Japanese parties- Japanese parties (at least the one's i been in) know how to grind....in other words they can get the most experience is the shortest amount of time....and with little chance of death.

2:Guilds- There's always something to do when your in a guild (linkshell) grinding always feels less like grinding when your helping out people you like.

FF Online also has a story, a pretty decent one at that.

But i'm not trying to sell you, FF Online has disadvantages as well.

1: Economy- in a word-horrible-as a mage it's very, very expensive to maintain my character with the latest and greatest goods....and people pay attention to what your character has.

2:Rare Items: are EXTREMELY expensive, fighting the NM (notorious monster) in the off chance to actually get an item is next to impossible....although gil-sellers are not as frequent, there still around....not to mention the people who just camp the spawn for the hell of it.

So if you want to get into it, then o.k. go to Odin server and i'll hook you up with some equipment and gil...we won't be able to party but i can PL and get you into a guild....but be warned, it's going to be extremely tough for a new player to find a decent party nowadays.

Well yes, Maybe I need to restate my question then... How do you stick to a game? Because addicted is maybe a word too powerful. I do have a life, but when I'm not with my girlfriend or friends then I'm probably playing MMORPG's.

And I to elder scribe, I usually play the healer too =P That's why my name in some games are "Fortify"

And getting to high levels in games does unlock alot of new stuff. Like I got to level 54 in the Cabal beta. But the thing is that I look back at myself and think "What else is there for me in the game?" I mean, I had the combos, I had some good weapons and armors, but sometimes I don't see much else in the game and I just quit.

And I know that games will have updates. That's why I think I may go back to Maplestory when Jipangu is released. Cause there really isn't much monsters for us 40-50's. We can PQ, but it takes hours to even do one.

Anyways, guess i just need to find the right MMO? o_0

if you can afford it, go for World of Warcraft, or similar. it has crafting (<3) lots of pvp, and some cool guilds and dungeons. the community can be kind of irritating, but oh well, if you have a friend who plays it it's a million times more fun. and trust me, i can relate to you. I have such a hard time sticking to soemthing, but I can stick to WoW pretty easy.

I think I can safely say I am addicted to Lineage II.

Even though the server I play is not totally legit, the pvp in it is amazing, the graphics are top notch and the bosses are huuuuge and sexy.

L2 > WoW

Man, TLM just loves huge and sexy things. I bet he's just addicted to them!

I can't get addict to MMOs anymore. I'm more addicted to chatting with people *Cough*Asinladies.*cough.* On AIM and MSN.

Ah well.

Well, I already played WoW And can confidently say that It didn't last me long. Played for 2 months and was already level 50. PvP was alright I guess, but it's not something you can do for long. And I played L2 (not completly legal either) and it was a little too grindy for me personally.

Well i tell you how to get additive to MMORPG first the MMORPG need a good story something that give you the reason. Read WoW Lord Story find more about it and then you have a reason to play it that what inspire me to keep playing because of detail story WoW have.

Don't know if everyone is the same as me but i always asked question why we killing these monster who created the world and everyone know are the GM that created it. But you want to be in game not outside so once you know every detail of each race and why they are figting for you feel you got a place where you belong.

Well don't know if my tip in how to get additve work but its one of them lol,
