I need help with bf2

I just bought bf2 and installed it and everything but when i double clike on the Play Battle feild two nothing happens?????just sonmething tat pops upa nd i clike Autorun BF2 becuz thats one of my chocies and ntohing happen just my screen blinks black real fast how do i supposed to play this game...

Well seeing as how the game dosent work, that should be a good clue to if or if not your PC meets the requirements or not.
