I believe that we may have cryogenics within the next century. Give or take a little. But I really dont feel like I'd be spending my money on it. I'd just like to die when its my time. I dont wanna be some old guy wondering around the future.

I know this will get off-topic but, what if they would find a way to extend life? Or rejuvenate?

Then Cryogenics might be worth it for people that are old by time it is perfected. I still dont know if I would go for it, but at least it would be more worth it.

The problem with cryonics is that you have yo completely freeze the person, which stops all brain activity. Basically, you freeze them to death.

That is why it isnt invented yet. Scientists have to figure out how to freeze someone so quick that it doesnt kill them, but preserves them until the thaw. Then they need to figure out how to thaw you so quick that you dont die. The heat needs to thaw you quick enough that you dont freeze, but need to be shut off quick enough as to not burn you to death. So scientists have alot to work on, and it wont come quick. So be prepared to wait along time if you are wanting to be frozen.

Yeah I did. You're talking about using frozen tissue to clone.
