I tryed and tryed to find a site witch i can leagaly register in the north american version of cabal. What do i do?

im obviously not nzrock but i can try to answer ur question currently the only version of cabal that americans can play is cabal brazil which sadly however is p2p so if u like it go ahead however many of us are waiting for cabal sea or for the reinstalation of the global site

will the char i create in open beta be deleted when close beta coming out?
i play cabal in eu and vietnam version and i was really enjoin it, i hope the close beta coming soon
