where are the most english players ?? wich server

Japanese - Anaromad
Korean - Dursena

Both have about the same amount of people Japanese server maybe a bit more, Korean server is more updated and has alot less bots, the english players have generally a lot more experience playing this game also...

Economy is better on Korean too.
