That message could mean your username or password is incorrect, or that server may be down. You will have to wait til Rohan comes online before we can find out what exactly that message says, but what you can try to do is log into the official website http://www.w2i.com.cn if you are able to then user and pass is ok.

You could also try a different server, but I suggest you play on this server 豪杰 haojie

This is the server we have created the english guild in, so if you want to join just post your in-game name, then I will add you. If not that is ok too, just try any server.
