So with much studying and figuring I've decided that I came up with IMO, the best type of theif to make. A SLIGHTLY hybrid CON/DEX/STR theif. The AP will be mainly based off of gear, and you're probably wondering why I added so many points into STR, well thats because all theif skills are based off of AP, and in the future Highlvl Theives/ Lunatics/Bandits depend mainly on their skills, the main stat of the build will be CON...however, that little bit of extra dex + flashing can really help with dodging mobs. (And give your walking speed a little boost). The main stat of the build will be CON by far, so you can make a great boomer, but at the same time lure your own mobs AND make decent to good dmg with your ap that your gears give you. Not to mention-if you turn lunatic, con based will make you 10x stronger in the long run.

My stats look a little something like this @ level 70:



If you were wondering about skills, I used the skill build Inevitz used in his little guide, all credit to this goes to him:

1. Learn Circulation Stimulating Skill (Increases Max Health) to level 3.
2. Learn Detoxification (Cures Yourself From Poison) (Automatic Max Level)
3. Learn Virulent Tooth (AKA Vemon Fang) (Damage a Single Target With Chance to Poison) to Level 5
4. Learn Double (Attacks a Single Target Twice Quickly) To Lvl 5 (Dont bother Maxxing)
5. Learn Sneaky Hit (Something Like Backstab On a Single Target) to Level 7
6. Learn Triple Hits (Name says it for itself attacks 3 times quickly to a single target) to Level 5
7. Last but not least Learn Virulent Claw(AKA Vemon Claw) (A Spell That Damages an Area of Effect Around the Thief and Giving it a chance to poison the enemies) *MAX THIS* (Thief's only boom spell)

From here on you can:

Learn Focus (Increase Hit Rate)to level 3 and MAX Flashing (More chance to dodge, A passive skill)
or
Max Stimulating Skill First (For more HP) Before you go and Max Flashing


I hit about 5k with my boom @ this level, and I can lure just as well. At this point, all i'm going to be adding is CON, and in the future some WIS for sure because skills become more and more used as you get higher and higher levels.
