Silkroad: installed but cant play!!!

Hi guys...
im having a problem with silkroad. I can install the game but cant play at all..
when i try to play the game it doesn't enter. I have dl the game from the website and it doesn't work. i have also gotten the install file from a friend of mine, whose game works, but it doesn't work for me...

can anyone please help me, im going insane not playing it at home..

Can you make a screenshot or describe the problem better. You can't log-in into the game? Or you can't start it at all? What kind of error message appears?
