Here is the CB scheduling for anyone who asks.

These times are Pacific Standard Time (PST)
There is a clock with the server time in the upper left corner of every page at Scions of Fate ( http://fate.netgame.com/ )

it also stated that Feb.7 will be the official release..now does that mean that people who didn't get the key(like me) gets to play it?

That is correct.

I dont know if it is actually the official release or just open beta.

How netgames gooes through each phase of testing, I would say..... Official release. They always has an unorthodox method when it comes to beta testing.

Bleh..... I have no concern over the CB TBH, its just a tutorial. I am not even helping with the testing unless the bug screws me over.

I am happy about Feb's realease date though. 02/07 is my B-day..... I will be 32.
