Anyone know how to fish / where to get rod and bait?

have not tryed yet but there is a npc at the fishing location?

go to the fishing farm and buy a rod and a bait. rod costs 1 k and u can only fish 30 times. dun buy a lot of bait at a time coz once u start fishing, u can't do anything until the baits run out.fishing can help u farm a lot of money.but wastes a lot of time too.

Oh yes, I found the fishing guy. I saw him before but I couldn't do anything, it must be a new open beta update.

Yeah fishing gets you alot of money, just takes a while.

Did anyone actually catch any fish? I tried it for like 5 min and got bored. Maybe I don't have enough patience or something..

Yeah I caught a bunch of fish actually. I made nearly 20k then spent it all on stars and pots

For some reason I seem to get crappy fish when I am using more expensive bait while when using the regular worm bait I got 3 1.5k priced fish. Doesn't make much sense to me o_0

How long does it take to catch each fish? Either I suck at fishing or the fishies are just avoiding me
