Second beta isn't open yet. In about 12 hours or so? At least thats when afternoon starts on the official sites clock. I assume that the server is currently having some problems right now so no one would be able to get through the start button for the time being. But even if you are able to, CB2 isn't open just yet. They also added faction wars information. 100 v 100, order vs chaos.
