Cant log in

I cant log in it keeps saying wrong accountname/pass but its not i checked caps and firewall can someone help?

i never meet such problem.

are you sure that your accountname match your password?

and have you activated your account? if not, you can go to the site www.skyunion.com , and activate your account.
