Im not sure there is a NPC that can reset your skill points. But I found a better way, and easy way that doesn't cost you anything. It is a bug, but a great bug... I hope they don't fix it...

Okay this bug is easy to do. You level up, you use your skill point. Then you kill yourself. Then level up again, and get another point. At that time on my game I get an extra skill point. Yes... I dunno fi that will be like it for you guys. But if you do it again and again it starts to take the points away from the other skill points that you haven't put your stats into. So once on my healer in 1st CB, I worked my stats up wrong. So I got level 12, died and leveled again, and put all ym points into the right skill this time.

Its a helpful bug, and only takes a little of your time. Im not sure about the Reset NPC, but I felt like I had to share this with the OnRPG community, even if this might means they will try to fix this bug... Oh guys, try to keep it fair, if you keep getting extra skill points like how I did for the first 3 times. Try to keep it fair and keep doing it till it auto resets your stats. It aint fair for others, but I know you guys are going to not listen to me and just keep the extra points.

Well have fun, try not to run around sharing this cheat to everyone. Its very helpful for if you make a mistake with your stats. Well... Yeh... Babies...
