Right Click My computer> Properties >Enviormental Variables and change the path to the TMP and TEMP folder (for windows XP, find enviormental variables somewhere in properties)

And, I uninstalled the game as I thought something where wrong with my comp, because the same thing happened to me with ROSE and I just did something to DirectX and it worked o.0
