Which of these is a fun to learn has some unique things well used language and is good to work with and user friendly

(You guys get the idea)

Id really like to work with something that works on the web and can be used on the desktop not a language such as C# or Java

im also looking for a little something off web dev..that still works on the web a small step to off web dev
