hi , im lvl 11 now and when i click the on the quest it says thats i need to finish the ability training ??? can someone plz tell me how to do it and where it is.plz i really need help

Look in your questlog, and you will see what to do.

u have to finish yer ability point first before u get the promotion.Ctrl+S to see yer status and click the ability u want to add.Thats it and have fun
