It kinda depends on what you want to be focused on. Even a 0 range 0 CD smith hurts the golem and players with jump attack and axes. I personally like movement speed and special because of its devastating power and quick usuage..... It kinda depends what you want more speed or power. My 27 BS has 33 move I think and 41 special and 9 atk speed so he can move fast at least and I <3 bs special. I use range regardless of where I put my stat points though. Range= your jump attack, your dash, your putter move W+W+right click, and your axes. Special= your spin(missing grab/invincible attack), and your right click charge up. Either will work to be honest but you'll want movement speed before atk speed imo.

depends on wad kind of skills u wan 2 add. i add basic and special which means i add wrongly bcoz i wanted to add range instead of special. made ur choice carefully!
bs-range -cd -basic -special(difficult to master) -cp(not really needed) |
