There aren't any great games out there that doesn't need downloading, but I can recommend www.instantaction.com. Also RuneScape is awesome, if not then why does this site have it listed with the other more popular games like WoW, Perfect World, and Final Fantasy XI Online.

It does download itself on ur computer but it does it when u create ur character and even when u already play ( its streaming or something )
