About the double exp event...
i know this aledi been a long time...but its also not over yet...ne one knows
wat its mean by 3,6 and 9....still confused about it rite now  .It says the day that has 13,16 and 19....still duno wat it means....

its for every date that has a 3,6,9 in it like 13,16,19,23,26,29

Its not that hard to understand....
He talk about the double down event (DD) that give you double exp and double drop rate... Anyway this event is in monday and frieday and in every each of those days its have 3 times that the event works, each time that the event start its for 3 hours and there will be notice when it will be close to start or to end. So the 3/6/9 thing is the probably the time that the event lunch in the game time. Enjoy.

Scions of fate is a good game but the level grinding and money problems at the beginning got me. So i quit after a week when i got to lvl 30.
