How do I get off the Shing Jhei Island or whatever it's called? Can someone help me please?

simple  theres a place on the island called Seitung Harbour from there u can catch a boat to The Marketplace on mainland Cantha Seitung can only be accesed after Minister Cho's Estat Mission heres a map
