Um dude, the international english one is out already. It's www.silkroadonline.net I know only the vietnamese can't play it because of the hassle they caused.

Forgot to mention this ... the Taiwan version's European expansion is in CLosed BEta ... you can only access the CB servers at a particular time ... So its not open beta~

international only has chinese atm, european update still isnt implemented into global SRO yet..
