So 3 days ago Im playing Hero online with a buddy, we are hooked up to a router, 5 computers are connected to this router, only 2 of us are playing hero. My girlfriend comes over and tries to log in. She gets the error: Network Failure.
She goes home and trys it, and logs in successfuly. The web page goes down shortly afterward. The next day the webpage came back up and I started posting in the forums. 1:1 was down. Other people posted back with the same issue wondering how to fix it. I tried to directly connect to my cable modem, it worked. Ok cool, problem is everyone gets to stare at the back of my head while I play. Problem still exists on the router. So yesterday webpage went back up and they fixed the issue with the bounty system and the guild options. Tried with router no fix, but the webpage worked. 20 minutes later they announced in game that the forums were going down........

I went back to the web page today and the 1:1 was working so I posted the problem... I have concluded that the issue is compadability with the routers specific type, because other people are having the exact same Network Failure error as I am. I am probably going to buy a new router in a couple days just so I have the different model, but if anyone who is having the same error found a way to fix it

please gimme a post before I go shopping...

oh hi i want to give information that hero online webpage have prob and i cannot start the game . oh man what now

just want to lvl up now.there is errror when i visit webpage. i think hero online website have prob T_T

Don't get a new router because of this game! Hero is up and down like a fricking yoyo FGS! At the moment both the website and the game servers have been down for hours.

NOBODY can start the game right now as they have done an emergency server shutdown/or it crashed and they closed the game.
