It would have to be run by an onrpg staff member, preferrably me, and a user who posts a lot here in the rs boards...we can do either f2p or p2p, what do you think? Any suggestions?

As long as we have more than one leader, not only you. We DON'T call it some gay name like, the onRPG Fighters, and we have it open for F2P and P2P.

I agree with u dragoon. the head of the clan peeps should be active in the forums. And i think they also should be at least level 60+ to even lead because they have more exp than the followers might. don't get me wrong when i say the leader or leaders should be 60+ meaning that the members should be levle 60 too. u can set the amt. of members and level and things like that. i hope u guys get what im trying to say.

Levels, really, really don't matter if it comes to leadership. Maybe if we had first class, second class etc. But why would you have to be higher leveld to be a leader?

well then what we need are volunteers, I myself will accept position as eh 'Commander in Chief' for f2p, as for you others I'll monitor your posting in the rs forums and attitudes, lawful or non. We will be needing many leaders and ones to fill varied positions...I'll also work on a forum to link here at onrpg for the clan specifically, all of you can think up a name, after all it should be named by our members.

lol, trust me you don't want to do that...I've ran many clans before and the best is by having an actual website and waterhole for them to keep in-touch, otherwise it will only be a collection of friends and nothing will get done...we need to monitor people as rs doesn't have it's own clan system. Order vs. Chaos, Order is hope and chaos is defilement.

Yeah and doing that means you're basically getting complete strangers into your clan. Some who might just be planning to scam/hack you by pretending tobe your buddy. Best way to get 'good' members that can actually type in whole sentences is the way that Drag00n suggested. Atleast that way you'll have more info on the members and not feel as though you're working with complete strangers who you have little to no control over.

So, when will we be starting this thing? How about we put down all the usernames of the people that want to join. We then apply for Leadership Positions. Somebody picks the best aplications Then we have a poll to vote to vote for the 2 or 3 people they would like to be the leaders.
