Well,basicly theft.Yeah.I don't realy care about those nintendo shop games but if they gain not that much money on sales,i suppose they leach it from...old easy games?
Altough,the X360 is WAY theftier.

75€ games+Internet subsc.

PS3=No subsc. for online BUT if you want to play online,you have to subscribe (I just know it's going to happen in a near future,for like...Metar Gear Solid 4.)

On like page 6, Raiyne said that all USB hard drives work on the PS3. They don't, well atleast not yet. Also, not every BlueTooth Headset works on the PS3, and alot of the headsets malfunction during use.

Also, Sony will probably never charge for online, atleast not yet. Charging for online would only be a drop in the bucket for the Sony Corporation and they'd probably lose more customers.

Another advantage of Sony: They're outsourceing my PS3 to use it to cure diseases.
