I was sick of never having enough gold so i thought stuffit for to day im just gunna find a good spot to lvl and earn some gold ( this is when i was lvl22-25 ) so i set out an came to tarren mill(horde) or southshore(alliance) i went west and found Hillsbrad.

There is a tonne of farmers,workers an pesaent's i started from the orchid and killed every thing from the bottom to the the top were the farmers are and by the time u get to the place u started killing they have respawned

Now it was only easy for me cos i could AoE(attack over area) which meant i got like 10 farmers too follow me then used arcane explosion

To my surprise i found over 6 Blue items(normally after the first 40 kills)
as many greens as u could think of an lots of wool an linnen(good price in Auction House)and collected 100g worth of copper an silver they dropped and picked up anything worth silver an vendored an this is only over two days

my guildies always ask wot u doin in hillsbrad i told them farming an they'd come see me an then they tell me there makin a mage to make gold as easy as me(which was good get a couple of mages in a group an u can earn it twice as quick

Heh, Hillsbrad is a well known AoE grind spot. And to your guild: you can make the same amount of money through a regular grind. Also, you won't earn it twice as quick with 2 in a group. You end up fighting over the blues, and the money is divided between you. So it's still the same speed, if not slower (There can be problems with he mobs not spawning quick enough to keep up with how fast you're killing them.)


My favorite farming/grinding spots:

In my 20s was the furbolg cave north of Astranaar.

In the 30s I was in the Dabryie farmstead north of refuge pointe in hillsbrad. (Go'Shek Farm for alliance, east from refuge pointe)

Late 30s- 40 I was at the mirefin murlocs.

Low-Mid 40s- Murkdwellers in the swamp of sorrows.

Mid-late 40s- Woodpaws in Feralas

Late 40s I was at the pirates in Tanaris.

Start of the 50s- The ragescar cave in Feralas

Then for the rest of my 50s, I went to WPL and grinded on scarlet Lumberjacks

yes, hillsbrad is a good choice for AoE grinding. there are others too, but its too many to mention. just go look here.

Oooh, so the wetlands are where you can find the whelpling eggs? I might have to go there with my shaman and kill till I drop (or untill my bags are full with green items...)

thnx 4 the post guys yeah i also found that the pirates strong holde(east of gadgazet) was also good for farming u can get many mobs to follow u around then open up wit ya attacks

an also soloing SM graveyard around lvl35 paid off

The most places i farm are for multiple mobs..........

Do u guys no anywhere for epic drop rates?

i also found taking out the flight path masters(i cant think of there actual name) can give some awsome drops

but ive also found good epic drops on stuff ya ride ya mount pass evryday

i no about thehottbot but idk i dont really like using guides an walkthroughs although i got this walkthrough for FF8 that was kick ***
