Just wonderin' but, how is the customizing in the game? Good or does a lot of the characters look the same?

Yeah, a lot of the characters do look alike since you wear a robe over your armor and for the same sex/class/level there is only one robe. Unless you pay cash. Nonetheless, the game is fun.
