(I'll be referencing US currency, since I don't know the exchange rate)
First thing I would do is get yourself a bigger hardrive. Current sales put the prices at $1 a gig (I have 1/2 T .Your ram is OK, but could do with at least 512 more to keep up with the current gaming times. CPU, you might want to consider searching for somthing around 3 ghz, single core. That'll be your cheapest and wiseest solution for your price range. Most importantly, if you plan on doing gmodern gaming, you definatly need to upgrade you Nidia graphics to the 7 series (I have a Geforce GT 7300, 512mb, for $125 last year [SLi compatible]) I'd recomend checking out the good ol' folks at newegg.com, you can find cheap prices and great reviews as to how the product turned out (I got a 5.1 surround sound speaker set for $32, and it had great reviews and sounds great itself.) Good luck.

Go to tigerdirect and Newegg and look for PC bundles. you can get a cheap pc like Pentium D,Athlon X2 or single core 3.0-4.0ghz for like 400-600 bucks.
Id suggest you get a Pentium D probably look for the cheapest one you can find. and hope the cheap mobo can upgrade to core2. |
