isn't that how they used to do that in the old runescape. I thought u lost energy for mining and then would have to wait to mine again. anyways if they do that it will be gay (no offence to any gay members on this forum)

Fudge...Jagex just keeps pushing coal prices up. Now it will be slower to mine coal (less supply) but the demand will stay the same....

My personal opinion is that it is a dumb move driven by auto'ers. Cheaters do have a way of ruining good games.

In runescape classic, the more you fought or skilled. The more energy you lost. Then you had to use a bed or a sleeping bag to regain energy. The less energy you have, the less exp you get for skills and combat.

Exactly, now it will take people longer to get those 13 million exp's to lvl 99; meaning they have to pay more to get there if they're members.

I guess I'd better stock up for when the prices soar. Any idea when the patch is to be released?

i used to play runescape1 and runescape2 u never had to do anything like that in rs1 but in the early days of rs2 there was an update where if u did things like fishing or mining u run outta energy and u'd have to find a bed nearby and sleep on it,it just showed u by the bed with ZZZzzzz over ur head,it was quite retarded
and i was die hard runescape player and was p2p but u get pissed of in runescape easily and bored if ur really high lvl

They will just make mining harder for us!!!! while the n00bs that already got 99 mining got it the easy way!!!!! I was mad when they removed the auto drop thing now this!!!! I've had it!!! they let the people that played b4 me get to 99 with no problem and now I have to work twice as much just to do the same thing!!!!!! I'm gona spam their message box if it really happens.

Acctually, in RSC there was fatigue which is like energy. Every time you fought or worked on skills such as fishing, cooking, woodcutting, etc...The percent went up. Once it reached 100% you had to find a way to sleep.

Glavus: Calm down. They aren't doing this to laugh at all of the people who aren't level 99 mining because they didn't play when RSC was around. They're doing probably because of autoers or just to make gameplay a bit more difficult. So once you reach level 99 mining, more people will look up to you since you had to go through hell getting there.
