New one. Feat. a character from Megaman.

Don't like the effects on his back. It looks good on the rest of him, but not on the back. Everything else is just ok. The bg is simplistic but pretty much works and the colors are pretty good. The text is too simple for my taste. Don't think it's one of your best, but it's not bad at all. 7/10
