Default Gahh. iTunes troubles.

I'm having some problems with iTunes. It deleted all of my playlists and wouldn't let me export playlists off my iPod. Is there anyway to export them then import them in? Or are there any third party programs I can get for free that I can use to export playlist and use that in place of iTunes? Please help! Thanks.

Foobar 2000 has a iPod plug in.. but I think iTunes is best for iPod stuffie.. if you want Podcasts and all.. iTunes works..

I haven't had any problems with iTunes before.. but yeah, iPod is a big butt.. it's a one way program..
