Hi,
does anyone know good heavy rock songs, you know hardcore guitar and drum, but no screaming, i need to be able to hear the lyrics. don't really know what to call that type of music ;/

can you reccomend good bands? thx

Children of Bodom, Dimmu, I dont know i guess i understand them well maybe try them. Just dont try GWAR those guys jarble every word haha

some of triviums songs aren't screamy, such as dying in your arms, this world can't tear us apart, tread the floods etc etc and the same w/ slapshock some of their songs like Direction are good

Hmm by what you said doesn't really sound like you want a metal type song but a classic rock or plain rock songs to listen to.

Some bands i'd suggest listening to(not really heavy but good guitar and drum)
Clutch
You most likely wouldn't like em but Cream(some really good guitarist in the band)
Nirvana
Rolling stones
Wolfmother
The Doors
Another that you probably wouldn't like The White Stripes

But most of those are really heavy type of music(meaning metalaly) but atcually rock bands.

but yeah i think im looking for something more rock than metal. i hate screaming in songs.

and dont even get me started on how much I hate wolfmother

try slayer ormetallica theyre pretty good, otherwise try 36 crazyfists, aiden, slipknot (vol 3 sublimial verses if you want no screaming).

If no one already requested this.... Try Dragon Force it has awesome guitars and everything and you can still hear the lyrics perfectly clear.
