Is it really worth your time?

Why do people pirate movies? Is it because the DVD manufacturers have made prices for DVD's too high? Or, if DVD's were $5 each, and you could pirate them, would you still do it? Is it just because we are all too cheap to buy something we could get for free?

Personally, I pirate movies all the time. I will be the first to admit it. I think the standard price is wayyyyy too high for an insert that lists chapters, and a big plastic case.

However, I can see where the DVD industry comes into play...

Discuss? Anyone? I dunno...I just got bored and decided to ask. Even if you don't wanna reply, please vote in the poll.

So your asking us to confess whether or not we pirate movies or not I doubt your gonna bust us or anything but why do you care?

I was just wondering, what percentage of the population DOES pirate movies...and, this is the only online community I care about/post on.

I like to get music a month before it comes out, I like to watch movies in theaters at home, and I like to save money on games. Enough said!

i honestly would rather spend money on food that would leave me stuffed for about 4-5 hours instead of spending any ammount on a movie that i'll only watch for 2 hrs

i download music and and movies all the time with no regrets. The man can kiss my *** if he thinks im gonna shell out mega wads of cash for his merchandise.

But people who make hard copies and then sell them to other people are retards who i hate. Soif anyone here does that, i hate you.

i dont sell them but i dont see anything wrong with selling them.....some people just dont know how to get the movies and if they wanna pay for it then why not.....you saying that is like saying that you dont like any franchise that sells anything....its like video games or anything else, we the people dont know how to get a hold of the merchandise so they sell it to us......

I pirate movies all the time. its not the price, i'd just hire them @ a video store, it's that movies come like 3-4 months after theyre out in America, so i can see a movie like 3-4 months earlier

I'm probably the only member of all of us but... No for any other reason.
Reason: I don't watch movies. And if ever did watch them, i'd just buy it like how i do to music. I buy for the cover.
