I've used both firefox and IE to try to register a new account for Hero Online. EVERY time it tells me that "I can't use this particular letter combination". I dunno if it's talking about username or password or what. I've used tons of different combination. I would ask on the official forums, but you need an account, so it's a bit of a catch-22...

Any help would be appreciated....
