i dont think there's a rule of saying no outside players allow....mayb u got ban for other reasons...

im lv 21 playing on the first svr . ign : Souled

I have problems with m skill lvl 9
guys idk but my skills lvl mage cant buy or learn i have ms and money idk what happened cheack it pls
 really i need help ty al lsend me cheack class but idk where sorry iam noobie ^^

Garion: Make sure you've selected the right skill trainer.
Souled: 呪術の皮 can be acquired from the following types of monsters: poison, skeleton, golem, and wood. 青草 can be gotten from killing turtles although it's really, really rare drop. Easier to just buy it from one of the many people vending at 祖龍の城西.
